Do You Know a Veteran Who Needs a Job?

ATLANTA - It can sometimes be difficult for veterans to enter the workforce following their service to our country. It is a problem that the state of Georgia wants to try to change.
The Georgia Department of Labor has teamed up with the VETS Group and several other organizations for the Leave No Veteran Behind Employment and Small Business Expo.
The expo will be held Monday, September 14 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Georgia International Convention Center located at 2000 Convention Center Concourse in Atlanta.
A diverse group of businesses will be there to hire for a wide range of available positions. Those who attend will be able to interview for jobs and discuss opportunities with recruiters.
The event will focus on military veterans and their families, but it is open to all job seekers.
