Covington Police search for purse swiping suspects

COVINGTON, Ga. (FOX 5 Atlanta) - Police say they’re offering a reward to find three women who swiped a woman's purse and then went on a shopping spree.

Covington Police say the ladies you see on surveillance broke into a car at the YMCA and stole a handbag.

Then used the victims credit cards at Hibbetts Sports to buy men's athletic wear. Investigators say they tried to shop at Kroger too.
