Most popular soft drinks

The backstory:

"Beverage Digest," a trade publication covering the beverage industry, ranked America’s top 10 most popular choices for carbonated soft drinks in 2024 based on sales data.

The ranking:

Coca-Cola Classic maintained the top spot in 2024 as America’s best selling soft drink.

In second place came Dr. Pepper, for the second year in a row.

But new this year is the pop that takes the number three spot, which had been held by Pepsi. But Sprite jumped to number three in 2024, pushing Pepsi down to fourth place.

Diet Coke landed at number five, followed by Mountain Dew, Coke Zero, Diet Pepsi, Fanta and Canada Dry Ginger Ale.
