Cobb County elementary school principal has colorful day

COBB COUNTY, Ga. - The principal of a Cobb County elementary School had quite a colorful day Friday.

Students at Shallowford Falls Elementary School got the chance to cover their principals in colored powder.

This was a reward for students after they exceeded the fundraising goal for their annual fox trot run.

The students raised over $40,000 for the school.

Principals said the money raised will be used to enhance the school.

They plan on buying new filtered water hydration stations and iPad carts for school lectures.
