Charged Rockdale Schools Employee is ROTC Instructor

ROCKDALE COUNTY, Ga. - The Rockdale County Public Schools employee charged with sexual assault has been identified as an ROTC instructor.

Michael Carlisle is facing a charge of sexual assault by someone with authority. Conyers police arrested Carlisle early on Wednesday.

Carlisle is now on administrative leave and banned from campus while authorities investigate.
