ATLANTA - A three-piece outfit for infants and toddlers is being recalled because one of its buttons can pull off and create a choking hazard.
The Consumer Products Safety Commission says more than 107,000 of the sets were sold in the U.S. under the Carter's brand.
The clothing was sold in sizes intended for newborns to 2-year-olds.
So far there's been at least three cases in which young children were found to have the buttons in their mouths.
Thankfully, no injuries have been reported.
Anyone who has the sets should return them to a Carter's store or contact Carter's online through its consumer help center for a refund.
