Car thieves crash stolen car into mailbox, get away

DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. - DeKalb County Police want to find a pair of suspected car thieves.

A woman said the crooks tried to steal her car early Friday morning, but they didn't get very far.

Police spotted the suspects a short time later in a silver 2012 Toyota Camry.

As the thieves tried to get away, the driver crashed into a police cruiser.

Officers lost track of them near Stephenson High School in Stone Mountain and believe they were heading toward Rockdale County.
