Captain Clay Higgins resigns

He's known for being bold, controversial, and boisterous. He's also famous for his Crime Stoppers videos. Now, Captain Clay Higgins is resigning.
Capt. Higgins stood outside St. Landry Parish courthouse in Louisiana as he announced his departure. Backlash was prominent after his most recent video addressing gang members of the Abeville area.
During his resignation speech, Higgins said:
His followers hope he bounces back, bigger and better than before.
