Camels disqualified from beauty contest for botox
LOS ANGELES - Not their lovely lady lumps! There is major Camel Beauty Contest drama after camels have been accused of using Botox!
A dozen camels were disqualified from a Saudi Arabia Beauty Pageant after it was revealed the camels had been subject to Botox injections in order to improve their appearance. Also, it was discovered that the camels' ears were being surgically fixed to look smaller. The contest rules clearly state that altering the camel's appearance is not allowed.
The camel beauty contest is a part of the King Abdulaziz Camel Festival, where the camel known as the symbol of Saudi Arabia is celebrated.
We're all for celebrating natural beauty, and that doesn't exclude camels!
