Burglars Steal Merchandise, Cash Register from Cigar Shop

CONYERS, Ga. - Conyers Police hope surveillance pictures will help them solve a burglary at a cigar shop.

Early Sunday morning, surveillance cameras inside Conyers Tobacco along Georgia Highway 138 caught two thieves breaking in back doors and bagging thousands of dollars in store merchandise including hundreds of cartons of cigarettes and cigars, rolling papers, energy pills and the store's cash register.

Conyers police the getaway car appears to be a newer model white Nissan Maxima.
