Burgers with Buck: Little Alley Steak

When you think of Little Alley Steak in historic Roswell, a burger is almost certainly not the first thing that pops into your mind.

With a menu that includes wet aged steaks like their Center Cut Filet or Porterhouse, or their dry aged steaks like their Bone In New York Strip or Ribeye, this is a high-end steakhouse.  And while you would never confuse Little Alley for a burger joint, after watching this week’s #BurgersWithBuck, you might consider ordering the burger the next time you are there.

High-end steak houses know how to do meat well, so the pressure is really on when it comes to adding a burger to the menu.  When you taste the Kobe American Beef Burger, rest assured it will live up to your expectations.  The KABB consists of tomatoes, arugula, Vermont Cheddar Cheese and crispy pork jowl.  Not only is this burger delicious, it is also on the menu for both brunch and dinner.

Little Alley is located in a former antique shop on Canton Street in historic Roswell. It has the feel of a classic New York steak house and butcher shop.

If you are a fan of Little Alley, there is more good news.  Keep your eyes open for their second location coming soon to Buckhead.
