Brookhaven officer comforts elderly woman with power out

A Brookhaven police officer recently comforted an 89-year-old woman.
According to the Brookhaven Police Department’s Facebook page, the elderly resident’s power was out last week due to a tree down.
Officer A. Ayana arrived on scene and offered her a helping hand, literally, as she waited for building inspectors to arrive and check her home.
