This little cutie is quite the warrior! He's only 2 years old, full of spunk and determination. Jack Middlemiss has been diagnosed with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and needs a heart transplant.

But he didn't let anything stop him from running the Boston Marathon, crossing the finish line with his father, Scott.

Jack's oldest brother, Joseph died from the same condition a few years ago at the age of 6. Scott and his wife Kate started The Joseph Middlemiss Big Heart Foundation, honoring their son who died. Scott and Jack finished the marathon together, in honor of Joseph!

You can tell Jack loves his medal--he wears it like a pro!
