Boy, 4, gets priceless learning experience about paying it forward

An Oklahoma mother shared a touching story on Facebook about her 4-year-old son paying it forward.
Amanda Taylor, who works as an anchor at News 9 in Oklahoma City, was at The Dollar Tree recently with her young son, Gage. While shopping he got excited because he found a dollar bill.
“I I immediately told him we needed to turn it in, but when he handed it to me, there was a note attached,” Taylor said.
The note read: “Please enjoy this random act of kindness.”
Taylor said she and her son were surprised, but that’s why she wanted to share the story on Facebook.
“I want to thank that person for the priceless learning experience. Gage and I talked in the aisle about how that was so nice and how it made his day. But then we talked about what fun it would be to make someone else's day and to bring a smile to someone else.”
Taylor said Gage thought cookies would make someone happy, so they added a few more dollars and purchased some cookies. They randomly delivered the sweet treat to someone’s home, rang the doorbell and then ran away.
“Thank you for that dollar! It wasn't ours to keep, but it sure brought some smiles,” Taylor said.
The mom said her son learned a lesson that can’t be taught by just words.
