Boil Water Advisory lifted for all but 1 neighborhood

ATLANTA (FOX 5 Atlanta) - A Boil Water Advisory for multiple cities serviced by the Atlanta Watershed Management has been lifted for all areas except the Hutcheson Ferry Road area.

The Department of Watershed Management said those streets include:

• Selborne Way

• Selborne Lane

• Augusta Lane

• Gainey Lane

• Rockhill Drive

• Atlanta Newnan Road

• Serenbe Lane

• Middleton Way

Water officials said they will continue to flush the system and do testing to determine when the advisory will be lifted. Until then, residents should bring water to a rolling boil for a minute before drinking or purchase bottled water.

Loss of power at the Adamsville Pump Monday night caused a loss in pressure triggering the initial Boil Water Advisory.
