Atlanta's Crime is Toast Breakfast

Atlanta's finest are honored in an awards ceremony Tuesday.

The city held its Crime Is Toast Breakfast at the Georgia World Congress Center to recognize the achievements of the Atlanta Police Department over the past year.

Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms, the CEO of the Coca-Cola Company James Quincy, and APD Chief Erika Shields were some of the distinguished speakers.

The chief gave a heartfelt "thank you" to everyone in the department.

The ceremony also celebrated 100 years of women working in APD.
