Atlanta's airport celebrates the holidays

ATLANTA - Wednesday marked the beginning of the holiday season celebration at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.

The tree lighting ceremony kicked off the festivities. Travelers also got to enjoy live music.

The airport has put up decorations throughout both the domestic and international terminals.

Featured in the international terminal is a unique annual tradition at the airport; 12 trees, decorated by representatives of the Consular Corps in Atlanta.

Each tree represents a different country.
