Atlanta will review hiring process during mayoral transition
ATLANTA (FOX 5 Atlanta) - The Atlanta City Council is requesting an independent review of the transition from the Mayor Kasim Reed administration to Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms' administration.
This comes after questions were raised about the hiring process during the transition.
The investigation will determine how hiring decisions were made and whether there were any personnel code violations.
