Atlanta double shooting: 1 dead, 1 in the hospital

ATLANTA - One man was killed, a second man was injured in a double shooting on Joseph E. Boone Boulevard NW in Atlanta.
Officials rushed the 31-year-old survivor to the hospital for treatment just before 6 p.m. on Sunday. Police said he was shot in the back.
The man who died at the scene was 44 years old.
