Atlanta officers read to children
Atlanta Police officers took time away from their busy schedules to read to kids. It's all part of the mayor's summer reading club.
Tuesday's event was on Campbellton Road in southwest Atlanta.
Along with promoting the importance of reading, officers and volunteers also gave out snacks and free books. They also raffled off Braves tickets.
