ATLANTA - A job fair targets thousands of Atlanta young people.
The event, which was hosted at the Georgia World Congress Center, offered on the spot job offers, mock interviews, resume reviews, and more.
Organizers said about 5,000 people signed up to attend Thursday's event.
The fair targeted Atlanta residents between 16 and 24 who are out of school but not working.
But officials with the city said there are plenty of opportunities for residents of all ages.
The mayor's office partnered with the 100,000 opportunities initiative to set up Thursday's job fair.
