Athens man found not guilty of DUI charges
ATHENS, Ga. - An Athens man was acquitted of charges of Driving Under the Influence and DUI-Child Endangerment following his arrest in May.
Athens-Clarke County police arrested 33-year-old Brandon Marquis Hill on May 7. Officers said at the time that Hill was driving his pickup truck erratically with his 1-year-old son inside.
A jury found Hill not guilty on both charges on November 11.
