The violent home invasions shook the Buckhead community to its core.

There were three home invasions in million dollar mansions this year. The only case the federal government indicted this far, a home invasion on Paces Ridge over the Memorial Day weekend.

Police say two masked men held a mom, dad and children at gunpoint while they stole jewelry, cash and handbags.

Atlanta Police and the FBI collaborated on the series of violent crimes and arrested Leon Scott who appeared before a judge this afternoon and Mario Jackson, both from Memphis.

Scott pleaded not guilty in a hearing late Wednesday, but in a rare move his attorney told FOX 5 News that he has much regret and asked the attorney to apologize to the family who was victimized on Paces Ridge.
