Arrests in Mother's Day brawl at East Point restaurant

EAST POINT, Ga. - East Point police have charged four people for an all-out brawl in a restaurant on Mother’s Day.

Devecc Billingslea, 26, Zacarli Dalcoe, 26, Willis Jumario Hall, 26, and Demonte Harrison, 21, were arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

The arrests stem from a fight that broke out between customers and employees at Kiku Japanese Restaurant and Sushi Bar off Camp Creek Parkway on Mother's Day.

The restaurant owner said the brawl started because his employee smiled at a customer after a billing mix up.
