Apartment fire displaces 6 DeKalb County families

DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. (FOX 5 Atlanta) - Fourteen people are out of a home Sunday morning after a fire at a DeKalb County apartment complex.

The fire happened overnight at the Oak Tree Villas Apartments on the 900 block of Clubhouse Circle.

DeKalb County Fire officials told FOX 5 News three units were damaged in the blaze.

Thankfully, they say no one was hurt, but six families have been displaced.

Volunteers from the Red Cross also responded to the scene and are in the process of helping the victims.
