Alabama woman pleads guilty in double murder

TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (AP) - An Alabama woman accused of using a lawn mower blade and knives to kill two people has pleaded guilty in their slayings.
Thirty-seven-year-old Angel Michelle Jones admitted killing former boyfriend Roger Gregg and his ex-wife Margaret Hutchins during a hearing Tuesday in Tuscaloosa.
The Tuscaloosa News (http://bit.ly/2rR34kd ) reports Jones pleaded guilty in an agreement with prosecutors and will receive two life sentences.
The 55-year-old Gregg and the 53-year-old Hutchins were killed at his home in Tuscaloosa County in May 2015.
Both victims suffered multiple, deep wounds that investigators believe were inflicted by three knives and a lawn mower blade found at the crime scene.
Evidence showed Gregg and Jones were ending a romantic relationship after living together.
