Acworth Police make arrest in connection to pizza delivery driver robbery

ACWORTH, Ga. - Police in Acworth said they made an arrest in the ambush robbery of a pizza delivery man at a motel Monday night.

Yahaakob M. Estes-Robinson, 19, was arrested Wednesday in connection to the armed robbery at the Super 8 Motel on Cowan Road, according to police.

Investigators said they located him in the Grove Trail area and were able to match articles of clothing to the photo detectives released Tuesday.

Police said the victim's cell phone, some cash, a pizza, and his dark blue 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe were stolen during the robbery.
