Active-shooter training at Walton County school

A Walton County high school was turned into a training facility on Tuesday. It looked more like a scene from a movie or a television show than a school as area law enforcement performed real-life training.

Monroe Area High School played host to the active-shooter training session Tuesday.

The agencies worked hard to make sure the mass casualty training felt a real as possible for the officers.

The training is also part of the Stop the Bleed campaign.

Certification has been acquired for all Walton County schools.
