Clayton County Police released a sketch of a sexual assault suspect seven months after the attack, after police said they have run out of leads searching for the man and trying to identify him.

Police said the intruder, a stranger, broke into a woman's apartment after 12:30 p.m. on December 13, 2016 at the Anthos at Chase Village Apartments. Investigators tell FOX 5, the man knocked on the door and the woman opened it; the man then pushed his way inside and sexually assaulted the woman.

Police did not release the age of the victim, but said despite the attack, she did not sustain severe injuries.

"I wish they catch him and lock him up," said concerned grandmother Barbara Davis.

Some residents expressed concern to FOX 5 over the fact they did not know about the incident sooner; In a Facebook Post, detectives said they had been working for months to identify the sexual predator, and did not want to alarm residents.

Police could not give an age or any further details about the wanted suspect and do not know if he could be in that area.

Police need your help in gaining more information, and anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Stoppers Atlanta at 404-577-TIPS (8477) to earn a reward of up to $2000.
