1 person dead after double shooting in East Point

EAST POINT, Ga. (FOX 5 Atlanta) - One person is dead after a double shooting in East Point late Friday night.

East Point police say the shooting happened at a home on the 2000 block of Delowe Drive.

Police have not yet released the status of the other person shot, but they have told FOX 5 Atlanta they are investigating the incident as a homicide.

The identity of any suspects or victims have not yet been released.
