Atlanta is hosting the second FIFA World Cup 2026 semifinal between reigning champions Argentina and England on Wednesday at 3 p.m. ET at Atlanta Stadium in downtown Atlanta. The winner will advance to the World Cup Final against Spain and the loser with face France in the third-place match. 

There is a historic rivalry between Argentina and England that stretches back decades and includes some of the most controversial moments in football history and geopolitical tensions.
