'Spare' time this summer? Try bowling…for free!

If your kids have a little too much spare time this summer, perhaps a different kind of “spare” time is the perfect solution.

Kids Bowl Free returns for a ninth summer, offering children the chance to stay active (and stay cool) during the summer months.  More than 14 million kids have taken part in the program, which offers kids two free games of bowling every single day of the summer.  Parents can register their children online, and the game vouchers are e-mailed weekly.  More than 1200 bowling centers in North America are taking part, including several locations in North Georgia.

Good Day Atlanta’s Paul Milliken spent the morning at one of those participating locations -- Stars and Strikes in Sandy Springs – and challenged some of his newest friends to a few games!
