It’s the snack most of us just can’t stop eating.  And this week, some talented young chefs will be competing to make the best salsa in Atlanta.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta will present the 2016 Salsa, Salsa competition this Wednesday, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Piedmont Park’s Magnolia Hall.  The competition features kids from nearly 20 Boys & Girls Clubs competing to create a winning salsa.  The competition will be judged by a panel of celebrities, including local chefs, and guests will also be able to vote for their favorite.  The entire event celebrates the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta’s cooking and gardening programs, which aim to promote healthy eating habits among youth participants.

Good Day Atlanta’s Paul Milliken got a very tasty preview of this Wednesday’s event this morning at the FOX 5 studios.
