Majic's Dee Dee Parker weighs in on Jay-Z and the NFL's new venture

ATLANTA (FOX 5 Atlanta) - He's publicly denounced the NFL and turned down the league's Super Bowl Halftime Show citing solidarity with quarterback Colin Kapernick.  Now hip-hop mogul Jay-Z is partnering with the league for a surprising new venture.
