Latasha Matthews talks adjusting to a new routine with grade school and college aged children

Counselor, coach and author Latasha Matthews stops by Good Day Atlanta with tips on adjusting with kids going back to school or off to college.

Latasha says one of the main things to do is to set boundaries with your children.

Often times they are used to the rules at their school or university, and it often gets fused into the rules at home.

It's best to be clear and precise to maintain order in your own home. With you children who are in college, it is best to allow them to grow on their own, but also check in with them to let them know that you are there if they need you.
