Hot Topic: Students get pepper-sprayed for extra credit. Should this be allowed?

High school students in Ohio volunteered to feel the effects of pepper spray in order to receive extra credit. The class credit was earned for their "Technology and Forensics" class.

Should this be allowed in the classroom?

Parents had to sign a waiver saying this was ok. Students lined up against the wall as the teacher prayed them one-by-one in the face.

Police officers and medics were on the scene just in case.
