'Grandiose' festival showcases dozens of wineries

The wine list at a popular Roswell restaurant is getting a major expansion this weekend, thanks to a festival bringing together dozens of wineries for an afternoon of food, drink, and music.

The 3rd Annual Grandiose Grape Wine Festival is happening on Saturday, November 3rd, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at The Mill Kitchen & Bar in Roswell.  The annual outdoor event gives guests the chance to taste wines from 30 different wineries and try out food pairings created by the restaurant’s new Executive Chef, Flynn McClanahan.

Aside from the wine and food, the festival will also feature live music from local artist Justin Borgman, and serves as a fundraiser for The Cottage School, a private school in Roswell that educates students with special needs from grades four through 12.

General admission tickets for the 3rd Annual Grandiose Grape Wine Festival cost $65, and VIP tickets (including early admission and an expanded food menu) cost $110.  The Mill Kitchen & Bar is located at 590 Mimosa Boulevard in Roswell.
