High School Students Become Zombies For Unique Fundraiser:Imagine this -- there's been a chemistry mishap at a local high school, and now the students have come blood-thirsty zombies!  Are you brave enough to take them on during the Zombie Apocalypse?

This weekend, that terrifying scenario comes to life during the Atlanta Zombie Apocalypse: Dead End.  This event (produced by Red Robin Realtors) features live actors in makeup and costumes, thanks to the work of Shane Morton of Silver Scream FX Lab.  Along with professional actors, students from Maynard Jackson High School are also appearing as zombies, after going through some workshops with Morton and his team.  This "live immersion" experience takes place Friday and Saturday (October 23rd & 24th) at 7 p.m. at 607 Chester Avenue SE in Atlanta, and tickets are ten bucks in advance, fifteen at the entrance.  Free parking is available at Maynard Jackson High School, and the entire event is a fundraiser for the school's PTSA.

Good Day Atlanta's Paul Milliken couldn't wait to get a look at the zombies -- so he spent the morning at Silver Scream FX Lab getting a preview of this year's event!   For more information, click here.
