Burgers with Buck: Uncle Jack's Meat House
DULUTH, Ga. (FOX 5 Atlanta) - The name is catchy, Uncle Jack’s Meat house. Named after television personality and restaurateur Willie Degel’s, late godfather and Great-Uncle Jack who owned a New York steakhouse and speakeasy in the 1920’s.
The name of their signature burger is pretty catchy as well, the Ooey Gooey Mooey Burger. It starts with a custom blended short rib, brisket, and ground chuck pattie. It is topped with a buttermilk blue cheese fondue, maple pepper thick-cut Nueske’s Bacon, onion jam, secret sauce, lettuce, and tomato.
It is huge.
It is a classic knife and fork burger, but that’s not how we roll at #BurgersWithBuck.
It is conveniently located adjacent to Infinite Energy Arena, and heads up burger lovers in Peachtree Corners, Roswell, and Alpharetta . . .there are plans to expand in the metro-Atlanta area.
