Falcons cheerleaders host packed pregame workout

The Atlanta Falcons cheerleaders kicked off a unique pregame event on 12/28/25, hosting a free workout class ahead of the Falcons vs. Rams game on 12/29/25. Chato B. Hendrix, director of the Falcons cheerleaders, says it’s the first time the team has offered this type of class, and turnout exceeded expectations, with participants spilling out of the room. The ladies loved the high-energy session.
