A man who lives at an apartment complex in Midtown Atlanta took to TikTok to document something strange going on in his apartment building. He said management insists the entire building is full of tenants, but Cody Randall said he has evidence to the contrary. Many people on social media have theories about why the building is empty that range from the practical to the downright unrealistic.
