Georgia’s oldest living World War II veteran turns 107
Charlie Duncan officially turns 107 years old Wednesday. Family, friends, and fellow military veterans have gathered in Woodstock to honor a man who not only bore witness to a century of American history but helped shape it on the front lines of Europe. The massive celebration follows a special tribute by local leaders, who officially designated May 26 as "Charlie Duncan Day" to mark his status as the oldest living World War II veteran in the state of Georgia.
