The controversial football satellite camps have arrived in Atlanta. Michigan Head Football Coach Jim Harbaugh and Georgia Head Football Coach Kirby Smart helped run a three-hour football camp for high school athletes at Maynard Jackson High School in Atlanta on Thursday. The camps were banned for a short time earlier this year by the NCAA Division I Council, before the council's reversed the decision making it okay for a college coach to host a camp off of their campus.

Harbaugh, clad in a Hank Aaron Atlanta Braves jersey was a ball of energy throughout the three hour session. Harbaugh, UGA coach Kirby Smart, Pitt coach Pat Narduzzi along with assistant coaches from a handful of school put over 350 Atlanta-area high school athletes through agility and position specific drills.

The stop at Maynard Jackson High School was one of two for Harbaugh in Georgia on Thursday. He also helped run a camp in Lee County.
