Gonzalo 'Pity' Martinez arrives in Atlanta

ATLANTA (FOX 5 Atlanta) - The latest addition to the Atlanta United roster arrived in Atlanta Monday morning. 

Gonzalo "Pity" Martinez landed around 5:30 a.m. at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport on a flight from Buenos Aires. 

Dozens of United fans were at the airport bright and early to greet the soccer player. 

The 25-year-old playmaker was the 2018 South American Player of the Year.
