Big Show recap - Week Five
ATLANTA - What can we say about this past week? Irma got all up in our faces, but we survived the week because only the strong survive.

Play of the Night
This week’s play comes from Jonesboro's Matavion Brooks who received a kick against the Tucker Tigers. Mr. Brooks was gone… goodbye! See you! He made a 95-yard “Feet Don’t Fail Me Now” return for the touchdown.
Brooks took one back against Tucker and he came up with this week’s High 5 Play of the Night.

Whitewater at Chapel Hill
Our monster show began with the 2-and-1 Whitewater Wildcats making a trip to Douglasville to face the Chapel Hill Panthers --also 2-and-1.

Dutchtown at Heritage
In Conyers, the Dutchtown Bulldogs were at Heritage to face the undefeated Patriots.

Winder-Barrow at Loganville
In Loganville, the winless Red Devils were hosting the undefeated Winder-Barrow Bulldoggs, spelled with a double-G! You play the game because anything can happen! Right?

South Paulding at Douglas County
And heading out east to Douglas County as they host neighboring South Paulding.

Tift County at Parkview – Call of the Week
We then took a break for the 680 Call of the Week which profiled the Parkview Panthers as they hosted Tift County. Photojournalist Eli Jordan, fresh off his hurricane duty, provides the sights and sounds as only he can as Karl Werl and Doug Konkel has the call.

The Jonesboro Cardinals, coming off a loss to McEachern, no breaks this week either, as they took on the Tucker Tigers.

Clarke Central at North Oconee
And just a reminder, we’re halfway through September and still dancing the HIGH 5 season away. A perfect example is the North Oconee Titans as they hosted the Gladiators of Clarke Central.

Woodward at Marist
We caught up with an old friend at the Woodward-Marist game and got to see some great football too. These teams are a couple of undefeated Quad-A monsters going at it.

Westminster at Redan
Westminster's Ward Croft play action, deep pass to Nance Hill for the touchdown.
Offense keeps clicking, the Westminster Wildcats running the Wildcat, Joe Egan keeps it, goes all the way for the score, another touchdown.
Then it is Croft, swings a pass to Egan, works his magic to get all the way for another touchdown.
