Wife arrested, accused of beating husband with can of food

GORDON COUNTY, Ga. - The Gordon County Sheriff's Office arrested a woman accused of beating her husband, who's in a wheelchair, with a can of food.
Carlita Lamb faces charges of aggravated assault.
Deputies said her husband called 911 last Friday morning and said his wife overturned him from his wheelchair and beat him on the back of his head after a fight over what show they were watching.
Once the sheriff's office arrived at their home, Lamb was nowhere to be found.
Lamb was arrested on Tuesday.
