The widow of a man shot and killed in the parking lot of a Gwinnett County Walmart is suing the store.

Bahra Delkic claims Walmart failed to provide customers with a safe place to shop.

Her husband, Fadil, was killed back in August during an argument with Troy Hunte and Hunte's girlfriend outside the store in Snellville.

Hunte was charged with felony murder.

The lawsuit names both the store and Hunte.

It claims wrongful death and is asking for a trial by jury.
