ATLANTA (FOX 5 Atlanta) - It's a series of stories by the FOX 5 I-Team which changed the policy of many police agencies across Georgia.

"2 dollar tests: bad arrests" uncovered how a quick, inexpensive way for police to test for suspected drugs actually wound up putting innocent people in jail.

It's been honored with the most prestigious award for television excellence: The Peabody Award.
