HOGANSVILLE, Ga. - A Hogansville police officer has been placed on leave after they were accused of sexual assault, officials say.
The Hogansville Police Department in Troup County confirmed with FOX 5 that they have asked the Georgia Bureau of Investigation to conduct an independent investigation into the allegations.
