Trooper with 'heart of gold' to run for Newton County Commission seat
NEWTON COUNTY, Ga. - The Georgia State Trooper, who got national attention for an incredible act of kindness, is now running for the Newton County Commission.
Nathan Bradley hopes to fill the District 1 Seat currently held by John Douglas.
Last Halloween, Trooper Bradley cared for four kids who lost their parents in a wreck.
The 24-year-old trooper said his career with the Georgia State Patrol has been satisfying, but he wants to do more.
